How long does the canal & Daugava cruise last?

Usually about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Just enough time to see Riga and the canal from their most beautiful angles.

Where can I check the cruise schedule?

The schedule is always available in our online booking system — you’ll see all upcoming departures and available seats there.

What if I’m late for my cruise?

Don’t worry 🙂 If the boat has already left, our staff will simply move you to the next departure. The wait is usually no more than 10–15 minutes.

Do I need to bring headphones for the audio guide?

Yes, the audio guide works through your smartphone, and we don’t provide headphones. Bring your own for a more comfortable trip.

In what weather conditions can cruises be canceled? How will I be notified?

Safety comes first. Cruises may be canceled in case of heavy rain, high water levels in the canal, or wind above 18–20 m/s. If this happens, you’ll immediately receive an email notification.

How are refunds processed if a cruise is canceled?

If your cruise is canceled, your payment will be refunded through the same method you used. For card payments, we process the refund right away, though the actual return time depends on your bank (usually 1–3 business days).
